Peanut Butter Sesame Noodles

We all need a few go-to recipes for nights when we are short on time and need to get dinner on the table quickly. Pasta always seems like the easiest answer for my family. This recipe is not only delicious, but it also comes together so quick with a no-cook sauce.

These Peanut Butter Sesame Noodles are super easy to make and use ingredients that are found in any well-stocked pantry. This mildly sweet & spicy noodle dish has delicious Asian flavors and will be ready to eat long before any food delivery would arrive!

A no-cook pasta sauce for the nights when you need to get dinner made quick.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. long pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 4 tbsp coconut aminos, or soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp chili garlic paste

Instructions

Cook pasta according to directions on box.

While the pasta cooks, combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.

Transfer sauce mixture into a large serving bowl. Once pasta is done cooking and drained, toss with the sauce.

Top with garnishes and serve.

Notes

Garnishes: chopped green onion, fresh cilantro, chopped peanuts
