I love making smoothies because the flavor combinations and colors are almost endless. They are such a fun and easy way to get creative in the kitchen!

Matcha Green Smoothie
A great smoothie for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 1 cup JOI nut milk, cashew or almond
- 1/2 frozen sliced banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
I love topping these smoothies with shredded coconut and granola.
